National Sales Manager

Job Summary
Drive sales growth in the multifamily lighting market by developing and executing a strategic sales plan, building strong relationships with builders, developers, and architects; manage multiple projects end-to-end from quote to delivery; showcase lighting fixtures with strong product knowledge; stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings; collaborate with internal teams to support new customers and manage projects; represent clients at industry events to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in lighting sales, with a strong focus on the builder/multifamily channel.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building positive client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- In-depth knowledge of LED lighting technology and products is a plus.
- Experience attending trade shows and industry events (a plus).
