Job Summary
National Sales Manager leading Germany-based sales with frequent travel (Remote/Field; home office). Drive national multi-channel sales strategy, develop and coach a national team of managers and specialists, nurture strategic partnerships and key accounts, align cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical and Operations, and optimize CRM-driven decision making. Responsible for forecasting, KPI tracking, pipeline management, and ensuring regulatory/compliance awareness in line with MDR and national authorities. Emphasizes brand presence at events, data-driven planning, and alignment with Evolus values while based in Germany with extensive travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership within aesthetics, pharmaceuticals or related industries
- Fluency in both business English and German
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- CRM proficiency
- Travel up to 80%
