Job Summary
National Sales Manager leads the commercial execution of Amgen’s biosimilar portfolio across the UK, driving revenue, market share, and patient access through brand strategy execution. You will lead and develop a team of Regional Account Managers, translate brand strategy into account and customer plans, drive key account segmentation and territory plans, ensure disciplined execution of brand campaigns and customer engagements, and coach team members to foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. The role requires extensive pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial experience (biosimilars preferred), strong leadership and persuasive communication, deep knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape and ABPI compliance, ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, robust analytical and budgeting skills, and a collaborating, emotionally intelligent leadership style. Degree education is required and travel is expected. LOCATION: national role within the UK with frequent travel.
