Job Summary
National Sales Manager at Allen Lund Company will identify and secure sales with new shippers, develop systems for identifying and qualifying prospects, close new business, build and manage a book of enterprise accounts, and coordinate with transportation brokers to maximize load volumes from new customers. The role emphasizes selling non-asset based 3PL solutions, relationship-building, and collaborative execution within a branch-office sales team. Requires at least 3 years of non-asset based 3PL sales experience, a Bachelor’s Degree, and experience with Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight. Strong verbal and written communication, problem-resolution skills, self-motivation, independence balanced with teamwork, and computer-literacy are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 year minimum non-asset based 3pl sales experience
- Experience in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed ,and/or LTL freight
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self-Motivated and driven with an eagerness to work as a team player
- Able to work independently but also in a team environment
- Natural communicator with strong people skills
- Computer & technology literate
