National Sales Manager

Job Summary
National Sales Manager to contact new customers, develop systems for prospect identification, qualification and management, sell and close new shippers, build a book of business, and carry out strategies through prospect contact, proposal development and presentation, effective follow-up and account management. You’ll work with transportation brokers to maximize the volume of loads from new customers through ongoing sales meetings and strategy sessions, upholding company standards of Customer, Company, Office. Requirements include at least 3 years of non-asset based 3pl sales experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and experience with Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight. Strong verbal and written communication, independence as well as teamwork, self-motivation, and computer literacy are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 year minimum non-asset based 3pl sales experience
- Experience in Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL freight
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Self-Motivated and driven with a team player mindset
- Able to work independently but also in a team environment
- Computer & technology literate
