Job Summary

National Sales Director is a strategic, results-driven sales leader responsible for aggressively pursuing and acquiring new dealer group partners for the National Vehicle Retailer (NVR) team. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities; building a robust pipeline; guiding prospects from initial contact to program launch; coordinating with internal teams for a seamless transfer to Customer Success; and managing a small portfolio of existing accounts. Travel up to 80% to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events. Remote work supported within the U.S., with authorization to work in the U.S. required. Key skills include strategic prospecting, needs assessment, contract negotiation, CRM (Salesforce), relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered
  • 8+ years of hunter-style sales, business development, or new client acquisition
  • 5+ years of Automotive retail F&I experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and growing a new business pipeline
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% to meet with prospective clients and attend industry events
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
  • Exceptional Prospecting & Closing Skills
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce)

Desired Qualifications
