Job Summary

Lead the national sales organization for a Better-For-You CPG, architect GTM strategy to scale from early-stage to a disciplined national account framework, and drive net-new slotting and trade-spend/category-management leadership across National Grocery, Mass, and Club channels. Build and optimize a national broker network, manage P&L with a focus on promotional calendars and deductions, leverage syndicated data to secure shelf positioning, ensure high-velocity revenue growth from $10M to $50M+ and align omnichannel strategies with D2C initiatives. Develop the internal commercial playbook, provide high-fidelity sales forecasting, and engage with senior retailers to drive innovation and category leadership. Demonstrate executive presence to present to a Board and lead a growing sales team through a scalable national expansion.
