Job Summary
National Sales Director responsible for administering, coordinating, and implementing activities within the assigned automotive sales territory and with agents and dealers. Drives sales growth through strategic business planning, coaching and training of agents, providing product expertise and demonstrations, and ensuring effective use of Salesforce for activity tracking. Leads promotions and demonstrations at dealerships, supports input on promotional pricing, in-store needs, and advertising, and fosters a high-performance, ethical culture while maintaining strong client service focus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of dealership finance and insurance experience in automotive
- Strong computer/MS Office skills; ability to learn other software systems quickly
- Knowledge of automotive insurance
- Strategic planning and business analytics skills
- Executive presence and experience in facilitating business presentations
- Strong client service and support focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze, problem solve and think critically
