Job Summary
Supports Account Executives in post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review; daily interaction with advertising agencies and direct clients; coordinates with Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs; assists with maintenance of contracts, generating avails, traffic, make-goods, and overall customer service; tracks audience delivery (ratings, impressions, KPIs) and campaign fulfillment; helps set up new customer accounts, contracts, and revisions; participates in sales meetings and trainings to stay informed on products and services; ideal for someone with 1-3 years in media sales/account management, familiarity with broadcasting and digital advertising, and experience with CRM and MS Office, who is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of account management in a professional, fast-paced media sales environment
- Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients
- Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions is highly desirable
- Prior experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite
- Able to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs
- Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes
- Demonstrate ability to be creative, flexible, and able to adapt to change with evolving priorities
- Creative with ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Detail oriented with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management skills
