Job Summary

Complete real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements, examining property titles, and preparing legal documents for sale closure. Act as a neutral liaison between file parties, monitor and mitigate risk, and ensure funds are properly accounted for and disbursed in accordance with contract terms. Prepare regular reports on escrow account status and distribute final closing statements and title documents to all external deal parties. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting focused on customer service, utilizing industry-leading technology to clear standard title issues and schedule closings, primarily in a mail-in fashion.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of escrow-related experience
  • Experience directly handling escrow transactions
  • Valid Licensing/Certification as required by applicable state
  • High school diploma or equivalent
