Job Summary
Prepare high volume analysis requests, collect and interpret data, and analyze confidential clients' financial data to identify anomalies and trends. Prepare evidence for multiple agent hearings regarding income and equity, then analyze results to provide ongoing reports. Ensure superior quality control systems are employed by working with U.S. and International programming and data entry teams. Requires entry-level experience (0-2 years) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Real estate background and a college degree in business are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Entry level experience 0-2 + years
- Analytical Skills: Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find anomalies and uniformity.
- Communication Skills: Data analysts are often called to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
- Critical Thinking: Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
- Attention to Detail: Data is precise. Data analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
- Math Skills: Data analysts need strong math skills to work effectively with numerical data.

- Strong initiative, independent judgment, and ability to learn.
- Professional telephone and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
