Job Summary
Lead nationwide scanning-center projects and coordinate with sales and production to deliver scanning and document conversion projects across the United States. Responsibilities include managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, defining detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), assisting in negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs), ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and service level expectations, supporting Sales Representatives through assessments and proposal development, conducting customer site assessments, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in document scanning solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
