Job Summary
National Project Manager Scanning Services at ARC Document Solutions oversees nationwide Document Scanning Centers, coordinating with customers, ARC Service Centers, and sales teams to deliver large-scale scanning and document conversion projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities include leading project delivery to meet milestones, quality standards, and timelines; aligning with Statements of Work and contractual requirements; supporting the sales cycle with customer assessments, solution design, and proposal development; conducting site assessments to evaluate document management requirements and risks; defining detailed project plans and SOWs; negotiating MSAs to support execution; acting as the primary liaison among customers, sales, and production operations; monitoring performance, budgets, resources, and deliverables; and identifying opportunities for process improvements and best practices across scanning and archiving projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
