Job Summary
Oversee ARC's nationwide Scanning Centers to ensure consistent execution, operational efficiency, and successful project delivery across the United States. Lead and manage large-scale scanning and document conversion projects from inception through completion, ensuring project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are met. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure all projects align with approved SOWs, contractual requirements, and service level expectations. Support Sales Representatives during the sales cycle with customer assessments, solution design, project scoping, and proposal development. Conduct customer site assessments to evaluate document management requirements, workflows, project risks, and implementation strategies. Define detailed SOWs, project plans, and operational requirements that align customer expectations with service delivery capabilities. Assist in negotiating and managing MSAs to support operational execution and customer objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, sales teams, and production operations to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution. Monitor project performance, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and best practices across scanning and archiving projects.
