National Project Manager- Construction Segment

Job Summary
Drive growth through strategic pre-project planning and oversee the full lifecycle of "Mega" and strategic construction projects. Serve as the primary conduit between customer teams, regional commercial and operational units, and SA support to ensure project success and alignment. Manage independent relationships with top-tier customer influencers including Project Managers, Engineering, and Supply Chain to maximize opportunities. Develop new national account prospects, facilitate solutions-based technical selling, and support asset and supply chain requirements for planning and CAPEX. Manage jobsite setups and closures, align with programs like ALTEC and Red D Arc, and maintain accurate data collection using Power BI and Salesforce CRM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5-8 years of project management, construction and related experience
- Experience managing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong understanding of welding acumen, processes, procedures, and related supplies
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Excellent analytical skills
- Practical understanding and ability to utilize Power BI, Google Sheets/Excel, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
- Sales experience
