Job Summary
Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate complex national projects across six markets, translating priorities into actionable plans and milestones. Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive accountability by tracking commitments and resolving delivery barriers. Oversee business operations and operational excellence, developing frameworks and tools to improve consistency and scalability. Engage stakeholders including the National Managing Partner and cross-functional teams to align on execution and deliver intended outcomes. Prepare executive reports and business insights to support decision-making and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business operations, project delivery, business improvement and/or change management
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional or national projects and initiatives
- Experience working within a professional services environment
- Strong project management, planning and organisational skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders effectively
- Ability to translate strategic concepts into practical actions and measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
