Job Summary
Drive program success by ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, optimizing processes, and providing clear, data-driven reporting on milestones, risks, and outcomes. Develop, refine, and standardize program processes while analyzing data to improve efficiency and cost control. Manage daily team operations through effective leadership, training field teams in program execution, and escalating issues to ensure compliance. Engage senior leadership to align priorities with strategy and facilitate clear communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with market leaders to identify specific needs and work with third-party vendors to maximize program impact. Review and approve invoices for accuracy and policy compliance, resolving discrepancies as needed. Travel to local markets and vendor offices to support execution and relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
- Must maintain professional appearance
- Must be proactive, self-directed, and self-motivated
- Works on a regular and consistent basis
- Ability to talk, hear, compare, compute, compile, copy, analyze, coordinate, synthesize, negotiate, and communicate
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Ability to reach, stoop, stand, and walk
- Ability to sit and use office equipment and computers for long hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong professional experience in leasing, property management, and or real estate
- Proficiency with customer relationship and service platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Zendesk
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
- Analytical, results oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and work well with cross functional teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, self-directed, and entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues
- Demonstrates composure and professionalism under pressure
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and navigate technological applications efficiently
