Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple, cross-functional programs and initiatives from planning to execution within the LPM department. Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals; develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations; monitor program performance, address risks or roadblocks, and optimize resource allocation. Provide regular program updates to senior leadership, mentor team members, ensure compliance with policies and quality standards, and evaluate program effectiveness for continual improvements. Focus on driving operational excellence and delivering programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related project/program management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional programs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation
- Attention to regulatory requirements and quality standards
