National Program Director, Field Reimbursement

Lead and manage Field Reimbursement Managers supporting HCPs in access and reimbursement, overseeing successful onboarding and brand-specific field certification. Provide coding, coverage, and payment policy coaching expertise across all service settings while collaborating with multi-functional teams to design and implement access and reimbursement strategies. Ensure team compliance with rules of engagement, delivery on performance metrics, and customer satisfaction by developing regular reports on access and reimbursement trends. Work closely with the Patient Access team to support daily operational needs and address evolving business needs through high-level strategic planning. Attend internal and external meetings to maintain consistent communication and identify reimbursement challenges.
