Job Summary
Manage the lifecycle of Fine Tune clients, including ongoing auditing, recovery duties, and client interactions to ensure stated savings projections are met. Identify new optimization opportunities to drive client savings and revenue, while tracking credits, tasks, and data points in our CRM. Respond to service issues, address client questions, and perform supplier and client renewals and expansions. Report overcharges and non-compliance to suppliers, following up until corrections occur. This role supports the Waste and Recycling Services team, reporting to the VP of Waste & Recycling Services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, environmental studies, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience to include non-hazardous waste and hazardous waste program management
- 3-5 years of intermediate-level Excel experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and professionally present business cases to clients
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work remotely in a space free from distractions
- Accountable to yourself and your teammates
- 40-50 hours/week
