Job Summary
National or Corporate Account Manager needed for 100% remote work while based in CT, MA, NJ, or NY. Lead US expansion in the orthodontics tech space, drive sales growth with DSOs and large group practices, and manage key relationships through a consultative selling approach. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, securing partnerships with DSOs, managing executive-level conversations, building and maintaining strategic relationships, and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment. Requires 5+ years of sales/business development in orthodontics or dental technology, a strong DSO network, exceptional organizational skills, tech savviness, and the ability to influence customer decisions. Bonus points for orthodontic knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales and business development experience in orthodontics or dental technology
- Extensive network within the DSO space
- Influencing power; ability to present innovative solutions with a consultative approach
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Tech savviness and willingness to leverage new technologies for growth
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to navigate conversations with C-level executives
