Lead US expansion as head of North American sales in orthodontic technology; develop sales strategies to capture DSO and large group practice segments; manage key accounts with DSOs; consultative selling to present cutting-edge solutions; build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; champion new technology and IT landscape awareness; thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and engage with C-level executives to drive strategic partnerships and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales and business development experience in orthodontics or dental technology
- Extensive network within the DSO space
- Ability to influence and present innovative solutions with a consultative approach
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- High comfort level with technology and leveraging new technologies for business growth
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for building partnerships
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: prior orthodontic knowledge and experience
