Job Summary
Remote National Operations Specialist role providing on-site leadership and strategic direction across a portfolio of properties. You’ll be on-site at properties to address staff vacancies, support training, and drive daily operations, budgeting, and marketing/ leasing plans. Responsibilities include leading staff (Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, Leasing & Marketing Manager, Maintenance Staff, Community Assistants), managing accounts payable/receivable and leasing efforts, coordinating resident move-outs and turnovers, monitoring budgets and monthly income statements, mediating resident conflicts, and advising on rate and leasing specials based on tour velocity and conversions. Requires a background in student housing, property management, or marketing and leasing; Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable experience; 4+ years in a relevant role. Travel up to 75% with remote work enabled; live within 1 hour of a major airport. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in the student housing space
- 4+ years’ experience as a Property Manager or equivalent role
