National Marketing Manager

Job Summary
Oversee assigned regions, co-ops, and Designated Market Areas by supporting franchisees with regional and local advertising efforts across 160+ DMAs nationwide. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic national marketing programs, develop integrated campaigns, and coordinate co-op media buys with agency partners. Manage project plans, timelines, and performance tracking for brand initiatives while overseeing store-level creative needs including print, direct mail, outdoor, and digital media. Lead grand opening planning and partner with field operations to identify in-store and community opportunities that increase brand awareness and sales. Analyze store-level data to develop local marketing strategies and create communications to keep internal teams and franchisees informed of campaign results and next steps. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time administrative role with hybrid work schedule; not visa eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience
- Demonstrates clear and effective professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present ideas and information clearly
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with little supervision
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer Service and/or Client Relations experience
- Prior experience with local and regional marketing support and execution
- Prior experience in brand management

- Prior experience and knowledge with media planning and buying
- Ability to analyze and read large amounts of data and extrapolate key learnings
