Job Summary
National Manager: Sales Enablement leads enablement, governance, and revenue assurance across the Sales Division, translating strategy into operational plans, driving efficiency, controls and compliance, and overseeing sponsorships, deals, commissions, and portfolio management. Requires senior-level leadership, proficiency with CRM and reporting tools, and a strong background in media/advertising services.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) in Media, Operations, Business Management, IT or related field at NQF Level 7 or above
- 5–8 years in systems support, project management, governance, revenue assurance, or similar environments
- 5 years’ experience leading multi-disciplinary operational teams
- Knowledge of airtime management systems, project management tools, CRM platforms, and reporting tools
- Experience in process improvement, revenue assurance, and commercial controls
- Strong background in media, advertising service environments
- Strategic leadership and team management
- Governance, compliance, and process orientation
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Expertise in sales operations
- Project and change management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
