Job Summary
Lead all facilities maintenance projects from design through implementation, managing scope, budget, schedule, and communications for high-speed manufacturing environments. Create routine preventative maintenance schedules for equipment, maintain spare part inventory databases, and document services using the CMMS. Interpret schematics, adhere to safety and sanitation SOPs, and communicate with domestic and international vendors via various channels. Manage interior and exterior facilities, execute emergency repairs during swing shifts or weekends, and assist with process improvement recommendations. Complete assigned training and follow all company policies while traveling approximately 40% of the time. Work in refrigerated and dark environments for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- Must be available to travel to other office locations (an estimated 40% of time)
- Successful track record of juggling multiple responsibilities and strategizing on efficiency and priority
- 1-2 years experience managing teams with a successful track record of delivering corporate projects (buildouts, refreshes, moves, etc.)
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (-9º-42º Fahrenheit) for 8 or more hours and in some instances, in a dark environment. This includes executing assigned tasks in the freezer as needed.
- Be available on-call for emergency repairs during swing-shift hours or weekends, as needed
