Job Summary
National Legionella Risk Assessment Manager overseeing a national assessment team to deliver Legionella risk assessments to ACOP L8/HSG274/HTM04-01/BS8580 standards. Provide technical guidance, mentor assessors, oversee onboarding and performance management, conduct technical audits, monitor KPIs, and develop best practices to improve service delivery. Senior point of contact for complex technical reviews, attend client meetings, and assist in securing new business opportunities. Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Compliance to support objectives and external accreditations. Requires national travel and possession of a Full UK Driving Licence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising or managing a team
- extensive experience in the water hygiene industry
- proven success in conducting Legionella risk assessments
- strong management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects
- knowledge of ACOP L8, HSG274, HTM04-01, BS8580
- membership with WMSoc or equivalent and City & Guilds qualifications are highly desirable
- customer-focused, problem solver, capable of leading a senior management function
- valid Full UK Driving Licence
