Job Summary
The National Laser Sales Manager will oversee the national rollout and revenue growth of laser systems, serving as a subject-matter expert and sales leader. Key responsibilities include conducting demonstrations, providing product expertise, collaborating across teams to optimize customer outcomes, and leading sales processes to close opportunities. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 10+ years of laser systems sales experience, and strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience selling laser systems, with a documented history of success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Strong problem-solving and consultative sales abilities
- Ability to work effectively across engineering, production, and sales teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
