National Key Account Manager Wholesale

Job Summary
Strategic account development and management for Red Bull Japan's Off Premise channel. Build long-term relationships with wholesalers and retail partners, negotiate structured demand and supply terms, develop and execute key account plans, and actively support negotiations in the field. Drive commercial and supply excellence by implementing terms to improve distribution reach, expand TDP, and enhance efficiency, while tracking KPIs including sales volume, P&L, reach, TDP, and ROS. Lead stakeholder alignment across internal teams and external partners, drive transformation initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of Red Bull Japan's Go-to-Market strategy. Requires 5-10 years in FMCG with exposure to sales/marketing/insights, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in Japanese (English in conversational level). Hybrid work arrangement with Tokyo office; typical hours 9:00–18:00 with 40% remote.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry with exposure to sales, marketing, or insights
- Strong experience in key account management and customer engagement with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to negotiate and deliver commercial results
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with understanding of financials and market trends
- Fluent Japanese and conversational level English
- Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions
