Job Summary
National KA Manager – Pharmacy role focused on driving NKA business growth through annual business plans, quarterly/monthly targets, and budget adherence. Responsibilities include leading NKA headquarters negotiations, coordinating with regional RKAMs, regularly visiting clients, ensuring correct execution of market strategies and activities, analyzing client markets to optimize resource allocation, collecting and feeding market feedback, forecasting risks, maintaining high-standard professional visits with headquarters and key branches, monitoring purchases, sales, and inventory to ensure smooth supply, and delivering timely reports as required. Requires 4-5 years of major account management experience in sales or marketing, preferably with foreign pharma NKA experience; strong communication, teamwork, resilience under pressure, integrity, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of senior/major account management experience in sales or marketing
- experience with NKA (national key account) customers in the pharmaceutical sector
- preferably with foreign pharmaceutical companies for NKA management
- strong communication skills and teamwork
- ability to coordinate with regional RKAMs and manage headquarters-to-branch communications
- ability to track performance, conduct business reviews, and visit key accounts regularly
- knowledge of market analysis, market strategy execution, and resource allocation
- adherence to SOPs and financial policies; professional image and conduct
