Job Summary
The job involves coordinating and guiding student activities for Academic/Activity Clubs, supervising participants during all activities (including trips and events), promoting participation, and coaching for leadership development. Responsibilities include planning club activities, identifying and approving needed equipment and supplies, attending program meetings, ensuring safety and compliance with district standards, arranging transportation for events, and communicating effectively with students and stakeholders. The role may include summer activities and travel as needed; candidates should demonstrate clear, audible communication, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to travel as required. CPR/AED certification is required or willingness to obtain it. If hired as a current USD 497 staff member, a season stipend is provided; otherwise a seasonal stipend or hourly pay applies with the described terms.
