Job Summary
Lead and manage one of the nation’s premier lacrosse programs as National Head Coach, Boys Lacrosse. Design and implement progressive, data-informed training plans, mentor and supervise assistant coaches and staff, recruit top-tier student-athletes, and champion their academic, athletic, and personal development. Collaborate with academic services, wellness, and performance departments; coordinate with strength & conditioning, nutrition, mental training, and athletic medicine teams to maximize athlete performance and well-being. Oversee scheduling, travel, equipment, and budgeting; foster a culture of excellence, accountability, character, and unity; serve as the public face of the program through recruiting outreach and community engagement; ensure alignment with IMG Academy policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
- Coaching certifications or licenses preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to move around campus (gym, turf, fields)
