National Float Pool - Dialysis Registered Nurse - RN

Provide care and treatment to patients with chronic renal disease, including completing pre- and post-treatment physical assessments and initiating or terminating treatments per protocol. Administer medications as ordered, assist physicians during rounds, and document monthly review of patient medication profiles. Set up dialysis machines, clean and disinfect equipment, and ensure quality control while complying with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement anemia management protocols, provide patient education, and maintain effective staffing ratios. Participate in staff meetings, attend in-service training, and delegate tasks to competent licensed and unlicensed staff under direction.
