Job Summary
Provide care and treatment to patients with chronic renal disease, including initiating and terminating treatments, connecting catheters, and performing pre- and post-treatment physical assessments. Complete patient admission processes, administer medications, and assist physicians during rounds while maintaining infection control and quality control of dialysis machines. Supervise Patient Care Technicians, demonstrate effective staffing ratios, and communicate assessment results to the interdisciplinary team and medical staff. Assist with clinical processes to minimize hospitalizations, participate in staff development, and promote guest customer service standards within the dialysis operations team.
