Job Summary
Provide end-to-end comprehensive financial advice covering investment, banking, and lending solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Deliver client reviews and presentations while recommending strategies aligned with their life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with all available Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Build a portfolio of clients through exceptional care and industry-leading products within a contact center environment. Manage complexity and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting while incorporating regulatory due diligence into daily activities.
Required Qualifications
- Series 7
- Series 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days)
- Comfortable in a sales role, finding ways to nurture strong client relationships
- Communicates clearly and confidently with clients from all walks of life
- Works well with others and collaborates productively to get things done
- Can manage complexity, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Likes to learn on your feet, adapting to new information and seeking the right solutions for clients
- Efficiently manages your time and capacity
- Thorough, and will incorporate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily to-do's and long-term strategies for clients
- 1st shift (United States of America)
- 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a metrics-based sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
- Experience assessing client needs, identifying/recommending solutions, and building/managing client relationships
- Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment
