Job Summary
Provide end-to-end comprehensive financial guidance to clients in a contact-center environment, delivering investment, banking, and lending solutions. Build and nurture client relationships, conduct client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to meet clients’ financial goals and life priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill offerings, and leverage a defined consultative approach to identify client needs. Benefit from ongoing professional development, training, and coaching to grow within Bank of America/Merrill across multiple advisor roles as you progress.
Required Qualifications
- Series 7, and 66 or equivalent (if not currently held, Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days)
- Is comfortable in a sales role, finding ways to nurture strong client relationships
- Communicates clearly and confidently with clients from all walks of life
- Works well with others and collaborates productively to get things done
- Can manage complexity, prioritize tasks and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Likes to learn on your feet, adapting to new information and seeking the right solutions for clients
- Efficiently manages your time and capacity
- Is thorough, and will incorporate relevant regulatory due diligence into daily to-do’s and long-term strategies for clients
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Series 7 and 66 (or Series 66 within 90 days)
- A bachelor’s degree, and 0-2 years of experience in financial services and/or a metrics-based sales environment
- Experience assessing client needs and building client relationships
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
