Job Summary
Tech Lead Manager role within PwC's Software and Product Innovation group. Leads a whole-stack engineering team, directing technical architecture, delivery quality, and performance while mentoring junior staff and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include owning project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion; collaborating with team leadership to ensure quality and timelines; fostering a culture of learning and innovation; and shaping the technical landscape to drive delivery excellence. Must have strong software engineering fundamentals, experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, CI/CD and DevOps practices, NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), scalable distributed systems design, and proven leadership in cross-functional, agile environments. Travel not specified. Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field and 8+ years of experience required; advanced degree preferred.
