Job Summary
National Course Advisor role focused on guiding prospective domestic students through enrolment, delivering accurate course information, and supporting informed education decisions. Responsibilities include building relationships with prospective students, managing enrolment pipelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing course and industry information, addressing inquiries, driving enrolments through performance reporting, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key skills include sales-oriented mindset with KPI achievement, proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), clear and effective communication, relationship-building, teamwork and independence, task prioritization, stakeholder management, and adaptability to evolving processes in a fast-paced education environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in meeting KPIs and sales targets, ideally within the education sector
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or equivalent sales/service systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Self-motivation, adaptability, positive attitude, willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently toward shared goals
