Job Summary
Oversee financial functions for the National division by preparing weekly and monthly reports in NetSuite, conducting account reconciliations, and managing audit requirements. Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely cash flow, while partnering with operations leadership to develop strategies for financial goals and compliance. Direct the Subcontract Payment process, maintain time-sensitive Supplier Portal requirements, and implement new accounting standards as the division's primary point of contact for technical matters. Liaise with other locations on field accounting activities and participate in strategic planning regarding historic costs and risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 8-12 years of experience in accounting or finance
- 3+ years in leadership/management
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of internal controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with multi-entity organizations
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- CPA a plus
