Job Summary
Develop experiential learning modules on negotiation, mediation, and conflict management using simulations, role-plays, and case studies. Deliver at least six training sessions to up to 20 participants, including women MPs, mayors, executives, and peacebuilders. Design pre- and post-training assessments and coordinate with UN Women Moldova Country Office to finalize deliverables and a final report summarizing lessons learned. Report to thematic pillar leads and the Project Analyst while ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices in adult learning.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in International Relations, Law, Political Science, Conflict Resolution, Public Administration, Psychology, or other related field
- Certification in negotiation, mediation or conflict resolution (or accreditation as mediator)
- At least 5 years of proven experience in designing and delivering experiential training programmes on negotiation, mediation and/or conflict management for senior officials, parliamentarians, diplomats or executives
- Demonstrated experience in the use of simulations, role-plays and case-based methodologies for executive-level audiences
