Job Summary
Travel-focused Senior Construction Superintendent leading large loss restoration projects nationwide. Oversees multiple repair projects, coordinates subcontractors and field crews, negotiates scope of work and prices, develops cost estimates, and manages budgets and schedules to meet tight deadlines. Ensures safety and quality standards, tracks subcontractor performance, maintains project documentation for billing, and provides regular updates to management. Requires driving to job sites, strong communication across adjusters, customers, and teams, and adherence to OSHA/EPA safety practices; proficiency with MS Outlook and basic Excel/Word knowledge is expected (Xactimate experience is a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction performing supervisory or superintendent duties
- Hands-on experience in defining projects budgets, including tracking/monitoring and reporting
- Valid Driver’s License, with driving record in good standing
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) at all levels
- Computer experience in MS Outlook and other programs; ability to produce basic Excel/Word documents
