Job Summary
Conduct complex commercial title underwriting for multi-state real estate transactions, analyzing title commitments, policies, surveys, and legal descriptions to resolve ownership issues and make sound underwriting decisions. Manage multiple high-value deals simultaneously while partnering with attorneys, lenders, developers, and investors nationwide. Review complex ownership structures and ALTA endorsements, utilizing proficiency with RamQuest or similar platforms to support sophisticated commercial real estate portfolios. Work onsite in the Minnetonka, MN office three days per week within a hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the title insurance industry
