Job Summary
Lead the collections target and control collection flow for the assigned area; manage a large team of collection officers, monitor productivity and performance, and ensure achievement of targets. Support collection officers in legal/police issues, oversee background checks of collection agencies, identify training needs and evaluate performance of collection executives, and drive overall collections operations with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
