National City - Senior Teller

Welcome and engage every member with a warm, professional attitude while processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, wire transfers, official checks, cash advances, gift cards, and opening new accounts, shares, and credit card accounts. Conduct needs-based conversations to identify products fitting members' financial goals, educate them on digital banking tools, and follow up to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities. Balance cash drawers, support end-of-day branch balancing, and prepare account-opening and credit card documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Protect member information and company assets by following security procedures and maintaining knowledge of products, policies, and BSA compliance. Assist team members with resolving balancing discrepancies and participate in branch meetings, community events, and sales initiatives.
