Job Summary
Design the executive coaching framework and methodology for the Academy for Women in Public Leadership, aligning with ICF standards and ethics. Deliver individual and group coaching sessions to up to 30 women MPs, government officials, and mayors, focusing on leadership identity, resilience, and wellbeing. Facilitate peer learning circles to foster collective reflection among participants. Develop a final report summarizing aggregate progress, lessons learned, and recommendations for embedding coaching in future cycles. Complete this 12-month assignment within Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, reporting to the Programme Specialist.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, or other related field
- A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience
- Professional coaching certification, such as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential at PCC or MCC level, or equivalent recognized certification (e.g. EMCC Senior Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach)
Desired Qualifications
- Executive coaching training from an internationally recognized business school or accredited coaching programme
