Job Summary
Direct leadership of a team of 8 experienced account managers; shape and execute national sales and brand strategies for the Solid Tumours portfolio; lead the execution of national plans with agility to market trends; drive market development and cross-functional collaboration; coach and develop team members, embedding advanced selling and account-management knowledge; contribute input into business plans, sales strategy, and budget; manage Travel & Expenses as part of the sales leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business or life science (minimum)
- Essential experience within pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience in sales and people management
- Ability to lead in a matrixed cross-functional environment
- Strong coaching and development skills
- Customer-focused orientation with collaborative, results-oriented style
- Authorized to work in Australia/New Zealand and not require visa sponsorship at application time
