Job Summary
National Business Development Manager role focused on selling IT solutions and staffing in Malaysia. The incumbent will lead and manage a sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and repeat business, acquiring new logos, developing a robust pipeline, engaging with industry influencers, and driving CIO/CTO-level conversations to demonstrate value, negotiate, and close deals. The candidate should identify emerging trends and customer needs to plan effective sales strategies, with over 13–15 years of sales experience and explicit Malaysia market experience. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; travel/remote arrangement specified as in-person.

- Experience in selling IT solutions and staffing in Malaysia is mandatory (Malaysia Market exp mandatory)
