Job Summary
Manage partnerships on-site at national account and home center locations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont by introducing key products, constructing sales programs, and educating existing accounts through training and presentations. Identify and close opportunities with target customers, resolve complaints by investigating problems and presenting solutions, and maintain professional inventory. Build collaborative relationships with store managers and sales teams while communicating price changes and managing claims. Travel daily within the territory to drive brand awareness and ensure seamless customer experiences. Requires a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales or related experience, with a demonstrated track record of achieving results
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively facilitate group presentations and training sessions
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to travel daily via car within assigned territory
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with the ability to travel as needed
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift or move objects up to 50 lbs
- Able to sit for extended periods of time
- College degree or equivalent job-related work experience
