National Accounts Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage the demo fleet end-to-end by tracking assets, conducting inspections, and maintaining readiness to support sales and customer needs. Drive execution of RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs by coordinating data, analyzing margins, and tracking bids to improve win rates. Organize and analyze past bidding data to identify trends and create reports that increase success rates. Close out invoices and coordinate transportation for demo and rental requests while standardizing procedures and optimizing utilization. Perform continuous process improvements to enhance transparency and visibility in current trackers and reports.
Required Qualifications
- 2-7 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading demo or rental asset programs
- Willingness to drive and troubleshoot Forklifts as required
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment with strong organization, multi‐project juggling, and deadline ownership
- Teamwork mentality and the ability to hold oneself and the Team accountable for commitments
- Ability to pay strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a passion to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build strong internal/external relationships
- Standard 8-hour office hours, Monday - Friday
- Hybrid, 3 days in the Office (required Tues, Wed, and Thurs) and 2 WFH
- Some travel expected

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Project Management Certifications
- Familiarity with Logisnext products, batteries/chargers/attachments, and dealer operations (labor and STR rates)
- Prior experience with SAP, BPCS, and AX
- Experience with CRM usage for sales/admin processes and pricing coordination inside/outside CRM
