Job Summary
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts while developing and implementing sales strategy. Identify sales potential through statistics and proactively lead joint company-strategic account planning processes. Attend tradeshows, conferences, and sales meetings as required. Manage projects from start to finish with strong project management skills and knowledge of financial business models. Communicate product-related clinical information and evidence-based opinions clearly to meet and exceed goals. Travel up to 80% weekly, including regular visits to the Corporate Office in Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of strong sales skills
- Valid US driver's license
- Ability to travel up to and occasionally exceeding 80% weekly travel
- Project management skills to effectively drive projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of Financial Business Models and how to conduct analysis
- Intermediate computer and word processing skills, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to communicate product related clinical information and evidence based opinions clearly and concisely
- Ability to continually drive the company forward, meeting and exceeding goals, expressing a high level of understanding of standardization and time management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills
- Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels
- Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
